No returns once an order has shipped.

No Returns

We cannot accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been shipped. Please review your basket and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

  • Missing Parcels: If your order is confirmed as lost or undelivered by the shipping carrier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
  • Order Cancellation: A refund can be issued only if the cancellation request is received before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, refunds are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. To speed up resolution, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Important: We may request additional information to assess your claim.

Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements where we have reasonable grounds to believe a claim is fraudulent or abusive. All claims are carefully reviewed.
